RE: DreamMapper help
OK, Lets try this again.....I tried to give a range of examples without making it too data heavy. I included Jan 5, 6,8,10 and 11 nights. With the exception of a few higher AHI's this is a fairly good example of where I generally am as per DreamMapper. As far as the requested SleepyHead chart fields, I was unable to find anything labelled "Flow Limit" but I included everything else. I you have any questions, please let me know...thanks again for all your help!!

RE: DreamMapper help
I'd probably bump the minimum pressure up to 7.5 cm. That should take care of most of the hypopnea events your getting.

Walla Walla, you are a machine, minutes after I post you are there!!! I'll try to figure out how to do that on my DreamStation tonight when I get home....hopefully that is not something that is locked down!! After I get it changed, I'll give it 4 or 5 days to see what happens and keep you updated. What do you think of the rest of the data? I think for the most part it seems OK as I am usually under 4 for an AHI which I am told is the goal but....

If you look at the top menu above, it will have a link to get CPAP and clinical manuals. It will explain how to access the pressure settings area. It's typically accessed by clicking and holding Home and the dial at the same time. From there, scroll to the setting you're wanting and making whatever adjustment you're after. Regardless, follow the clinician guide to get the proper step by step directions to be certain.

FWIW you can do these adjustments. My doc, DME, and insurance know I do make my own therapy edits.

The rest of your numbers look good. To access the clinic menu on the Dreamstation push the large control button and at the same time push the ramp buttion and hold both for about 5 seconds and the Therapy Settings screen will popup in the machine window.

RE: DreamMapper help
Thanks guys, that's awesome, hopefully this will take are of my problems. I know I tried to access some of the settings using the dial but found I was locked out of some of them. I did not however, try to access anything using both buttons as I was unaware of this option.

Thanks

RE: DreamMapper help
OK, so I bumped my pressure up to 7.5 last night. This morning, according to the DreamMapper download, my AHI was 2.4 with 11 total hypopneas - 8 were total obstructive apneas with 0 total clear airway apneas. Unfortunately, I meant to grab the SD card so I could do another SleepyHead download for you guys but forgot it while getting ready for work. Do you think I should try bumping my min pressure to 8 or 8.5 and see what that does with the amount of hypopneas?

Also, how does one go about learning to read and interpret the Sleepyhead results? I would like to get a far better understanding personally of what is going on.

Cheers,
Dean
