Dreamstation 1 to Dreamstation 2 - hardly any water use

Dreamstation 1 to Dreamstation 2 - hardly any water use
I just switched from the 1 to Dreamstation 2 and find that where I used to fill my water every single night, I can do 2-3 nites now on this new machine without filling it.  The water resevoir seems smaller, but I use way less water with the setting as high as it can go.

Any ideas why this might be, I really don't like it.  I use the Dreamwear Gell Nasal Pillows so humidity really matters to me.

thanks!

Do the following checks:-
1)Check if the heating plate is hot or not?
2)check if the humidifier base plate and the heating plate making contact?
3)check your settings in menu?

Yes, checked all that.  Seems it's just not using much water at all.

I've noticed the same thing, and I'm using the same "mask" (gel pillow), too. I don't feel drier than with the old CPAP, so I'm not sure what's going on.
