Dreamstation BiPAP S/T not supported?

Dreamstation BiPAP S/T not supported?
I loaded Sleepyhead onto my computer and when loading the SD card I got the following:

Sorry, your P.R. CPAP machine (Model 1030x110) is not supported yet.
JediMark needs a .zip of this machines' SD card and matching Encore .pdf reports to make it work with Sleepyhead.

According to the Sleepyhead WIKI my Dreamstation BiPAP S/T is supported by the software.
I would appreciate any help with this.
I have successfully loaded Encore and viewed my SD data, but the info it shows seems limited. (or more likely my interpretation of the info is limited)  I would like to get assistance in tweaking my settings, and Sleepyhead appears to be the best software to display what is going on so that the experienced members of this Forum may be able to help me.
Thanks.

kbear, please join our Sleepyhead discussion on the Discord App https://discord.gg/jhMy86
You can talk directly to JediMark on the chat-with-dev channel, and if he needs your SD card data, we can arrange to transfer the data. This is by far the best way to get help. Just jump in and post your comment above.
