I use it and love it. Others here use it also. Post back if you have specific questions.

There are quite a few folk here that use the DreamWare mask.

Not sure what you are asking, but here are some reviews that may help.

Thank you so much for your replies!!!

I searched to see any threads about this mask. I must have typed the search criteria incorrectly. Now I see quite a few people using it.

Will see if my insurance will cover it. I get updates on my P10 mask every three months.

One thing they should make a better headgear! The single strap rides up my head while sleeping and the mask gets loose. A double strap in the back, then going through the standard place (where the single strap attaches), and it should be more secure.

I am trying DreamWear mask and I like it EXCEPT one major issue - Noise. I don't understand the source of it. The mask is tight on me and the system shows no leaks.
Also, the noise is very strange: it is not the air rushing type noise when my Bi-pap kicks in during my episodes, but a loud plumbing-type noise which wakes me up. Anybody has a clue?!

Is it you gulping because you are sleeping on your back and your tongue is no longer sealing with the roof of your mouth? Happens to me sometimes when I've just woken up.

Hello,
in Canada you can buy the Philips Dream Wear for $ 130.00. Here in Germany it costs $ 250.00. Therefore, I would fly next week to Toronto, view Niagara Falls and buy a Philips dream wear.

How many pillows do you get with the mask, one size or more?
Where can I find a good deal in Toronto?

Sorry for my bad English.

I am in the (greater) Toronto area and unless you are buying online and find a sale, I doubt you will find a DreamWear mask for under $160 Canadian. It was offered at my DME for about $215 Canadian (ie; in a physical store).

Hope for your sake I am wrong. Good luck.

I find there are 3 sources of air turbulence noise:

1. At your nostrils. Sometimes shifting the mask a tiny amount can reduce or eliminate this noise.

2. The tubing running along your check seems to conduct noise through your face bones to your ear. I find I can eliminate this noise by wrapping the fabric sleeve (which should have been included with the mask) around the tubing extending from your nose to your ear.

3. The swivel at the top of your head has an array of vent holes. These are somewhat noisy, and there's no solution because you should not obstruct the holes. While you're doing a leak test with the mask on, ask someone to verify that there's no additional leak in that area besides the vent holes.

p.s. Don’t know what you mean by "tight", but don’t tighten it beyond the point at which further tightening reduces leaks.

RE: Dreamwear Cpap Mask
Yeah im using one right now. Had the medium frame but unless i hooked my hair in a pony tail and put it over the strap , thr strap crawls to the top of my head.
Ive got the large frame now . Ive figured out with long hair the strap rides your hair up the back of your head.

Im putting my hair in a ponytail tonight and seeing if the strap stays in place with the large frame without actually putting my hair thru the strap. If not ill either mod the strap or go back to the Eson.

Shame too. Its a great mask, if only theyed have put a decent strap on it..
