I was having the same issue and simply reduced the humidity level down to 3 then 4 - problem solved.

Thanks for the responses. I tried reducing humidity but didn't tolerate the lower humidity. I'm going to try to insulate the part of the nasal cushion exposed to the air to see if that helps. I have neoprene that I'll attach, just waiting for some 2-sided silicone adhesive tape to arrive.
