Fair enough. Going forward though, make sure they give you the original packaging with all the parts next time! Another example is my Resmed Airfit P10 Nasal Pillows mask. The package I received also comes with size S-M-L pillows.

Everyone should always make sure they walk home with the complete package that comes with their mask. Either yourself, or your insurance is paying for it!

I'm new to the Dreamwear, about 3 months. So I'm just going to throw this out there. If you don't wash the pillow daily it has a tendency to slide. I wash mine every morning when I clean the water tank. I hope this helps.
