I hope someone can help me find a remedy for awful dry mouth. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum.
You could try increasing your humidity setting. If you don't have a heated hose (Climateline) I would strongly suggest one.

Try raising your humidity up a notch or two and see if that helps you.

I had the same problem until I got one of these, cranked the humidity as high as it would go and haven't had the problem since.

Humidity is Great, Haven't had a dry mouth since I started Cpap , I used to wake every morning with a concrete mouth from snoring.

I also find that keeping your body hydrated helps. Drink water all day except at bedtime.

Definitely keep well hydrated and increasing the humidity can definitely be beneficial.
