Ok is your humidifier dry in the morning?, If you still have water in your tank I would increase your humidifier .
Keep trying to train your tonge to seal the roof of your mouth, ( keep it to the roof of your mouth as much as possible even during the daytime this will help.) othewise chinstrap No Tape!
