The machine was at its max pressure of 11 so could not do anything about the OA maybe increase the max pressure to 15, your flow limitations are low so it should only go higher if it needs to. Your numbers look great just sleep with the machine for a week and get used to it

From 23:15 to 00:45 you appear to have no expiratory flow suggesting an oral exhale. You are not having enough events to justify changing settings. This actually looks pretty good, other than you awoke and need to put together a good night of sleep. If there is anything you can think of about the therapy that is disruptive to you, we can make adjustments for comfort. Flow limits is 0.0 in the 95% stat, so if needed we can reduce EPR.
Compared to your previous therapy on the Philips, your tidal volume has increased from 380 to 420 mL and minute vent is up from 5.0 to 6.0 L/min. RERA and snore is considerably lower. I think with time you will adjust, but if you want to back down to EPR 2, I won't argue.

Stupid me went back to sleep and didn’t put SD card back. Oh well. Sleeprider what does oral exhale mean? Mouth breathing? Thank you all again Doug

It is mouth breathing, but since we see an inspiratory wave, it is likely nasal inspiration and oral expiration. It's pretty common, and most people are not even aware of it.

I’ll tighten my chin strap.” I loosened it off last night to be more comfortable. It was almost making a sore. I used a soft cotton ankle sock and put it in between my chin and strap. Felt good. Should have not loosened it. I see below the line it’s straight. I reset the graph like you had me do before. Dotted line and y axis at 80. Thank you for the explanation. I bet I’ll do better tomorrow. Have a great day. Doug

3 screenshots of my overnight sleep study. Back in 1996. To me it looks like two ahi’s 34 for one position. 15 for another. Thought I’d share.
