As that shows it as ResMed AutoSet, that's the one. As long as it says AutoSet, it is good. Your choice on where to get it.

Check for the Run hours and if it came from a smoking environment. A rough calculation on the length of use is, 8 hours per night x 7 days = weeks in service. If you need months of use, multiply the previous by 4.3.

Good point on run hours. If it's on the high side of the calculation, it's possible not to be as good of a deal as it may look.

She said non smoking. Used 3 days.

posting last nights screenshot. question, i was told in 1996 I had OA and central apnea. do you see anything in my data that shows central apnea? also I am jumping the gun trying to buy a cpap right now. i need to wait till the one on the was gets here. then if its junk then i can buy one. thanks Doug

there is no proof, or even suggestion that you have any CA events in this screenshot.

My opinion is that you've got the best out of this machine's capabilities. Whichever ResMed you end up using should do even better.

You are jumping the gun a little, but certainly not a problem in checking prices and seeing what's out there. This way you know what to look for and what questions to ask.
Wait and see what machine they send you. And there is no evidence of central sleep apnea on your chart.
