Monitoring my sleep
I have been looking at an iPhone app that monitors sleep just by listening (using my phones mic). According to it my sleep has been marginal, regardless of sleepy head results. Since the machine is making a noise as well as me I am questioning the result of the app but unsure if I am on the right track. I know I should buy a Oxy meter but the one I bought was crap and now I am waiting - maybe Santa will bring me a smart watch or fitbit (if I was good by Xmass time)
