He went to interweb
Looking for answers
To questions that bothered him so....

.... and came across The Surprising Thing I Learned From Studying My Brain On Various Forms Of Meditation For 7 Days. Can't afford that but did find someone locally offering Zengar. Have had three sessions and is amazing so far. I have slept throughout the night several times now with only one interruption to the head. Return to sleep where "normally" I must deal with monkey mind. Wake up refreshed and happy. DW says I'm in a noticeably better mood. Productivity is much improved. The beeg bonus is a marked reduction in obsessive thinking.

I have observed 'many' of us here form an 'interesting' subset of humanity and thought possibly someone might find this interesting.

I do not wish to run afoul of forum guidelines but I have provided enough info above for search purposes hopefully without getting the penalty box (again) :sHa_biggrin5Smile.

Edit as far as I can guess it seems to be defragging my brain and relieving life experience "viruses."

I use my PAP machine nightly and I feel great!

Thanks for this, Mark. I read the blog post "The Surprising Thing I Learned From Studying My Brain On Various Forms Of Meditation For 7 Days" and found it fascinating.

One of my family members has been doing biofeedback sessions and feels she is benefiting from them greatly.

I started to read it but then I got off tack and went and organized a few shelves in the garage. :\

Using FlashAir W-03 SD card in machine. Access through wifi with FlashPAP or Sleep Master utilities.

I wanted to learn Binary so I enrolled in Binary 101. I seemed to have missed the first four courses. Big Grinnie
