EPR Settings and Flow limits
RE: EPR Settings and Flow limits
You are correct!  If you are unfamiliar with this process, here are the steps.
  1. Go to the Daily screen and make sure you are on the day you wish to delete.
  2. Select, Data ⇾ Advanced ⇾ Purge Current Selected Day ⇾ CPAP.
  3. Reimport your data.

Thanks!
ALso, been noticing my inspiration time is a little low? Last night I woke up many times, not sure if it is related. Maybe someone can take a look?

There are 6 different Itimes noted.  Which one(s) are you referring to?

I'm sorry I must need more coffee cause I'm not understanding anything this morning.

What exactly is "very weird" about it?

RE: EPR Settings and Flow limits
Hello,

I have been having many centrals the last couple of nights. I am wondering if you can tell if they are real? My flow chart also shows periods that look like apneas or hypopneas, but are not marked as such.
And the AHI on my machine says 1.0 for last night but Oscar says 1.31. I looked at the reporting setting on my machine and it is set to one day. Not sure why it is different.

Thanks!

Cannot tell the nature of the Central events on this scale,. I'd guess they are associated with an arousal and thus false. We would need a 5 minute view or less for a determination.

Either way you need to look at your comfort and not your numbers at this stage.

RE: EPR Settings and Flow limits
Hi Gideon,

I am looking for comfort too. I have not slept through the night in over 30 years. Cpap has helped in many ways, but I still have fractured sleep.
Here is a segment with some centrals.

THANK YOU!
