EPR Settings and Flow limits

RE: EPR Settings and Flow limits
Hello!
Last night I pulled my mask off (as well as mouth tape) in my sleep. I know this is common, but I have only done this once before in the 16months I've been on CPAP. I was asleep for and hour and a half without cpap and then I woke up and was out of it and had to pee. I put my mask back on, but all night I had micro awakenings. My flow rate looks weird for most of the night. Any insights? Looks like I cannot post screen shots because I have reached my quota.
I am really trying to figure things out now that I no longer have a doctor.

Everybody has good nights and bad nights. Don't be alarmed until you show a trend in this direction. One night does not make a trend.

Posting your images; You have two options. The first is to go into your UserCP and delete your older images. Here is a quick link to get you there, http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/usercp....ttachments. The second is to use an offsite image hosting service, like imgur. You then would insert the image link in your posts.

I have not read your history. I would appear that you are experiencing something like, chin tucking. Are you or have you tried a soft cervical collar (SCC) to limit your chin positioning?

How do you feel overall?

Chin tucking is possible. I have to sleep on an incline to breathe better and at times I think my head falls forward. I ordered a soft collar but it was too high. Need to try another one.

As for how I feel...very tired today. I swear I was getting up about ten times per hour.

We have a lot of members that have had to sleep on a wedge or incline. Most of them display some positional apnea and ultimately get very good results when they find the right collar.

Hey all, today I noticed the AHI on Oscar does not match what my machine says. The machine says .9 and Oscar says .6. This is the second time this has happened. Just wondered if this is normal.
Thanks!
