A few questions!!

A few questions!!
Hi all .It has been forever since I posted here.Life got in the way .I was originally diagnosed in 2013 with severe sleep apnea (59ahi). But went on bipap and all was good until March of 2020.My doctor insisted I stop working as I was doing my body no good if I continued .I have A.S (ankylosing spondylitis an autoimmune disease that attacks joints, muscles, eyes etc). Unfortunately then I was unable to lay flat so ended up sleeping in my recliner.Since I was only sleeping in at most 1 hour increments because of pain etc and was sleeping upright I didn't use machine.I just recently had a sleep study done again because I am having bariatric surgery and it was revealed my ahi is significantly worse(165ahi)I live in Ontario Canada and 75% is covered by the ADP(assisted Devices program) and the other will be covered by my wife's insurance. However no one direct bills or seems to have any kind of payment plans and being on disability I have zero money to pay out until my insurance reimburses in approximately 2 to 7 days. Has anybody run into this or have any solutions or know of any places that would accommodate somehow .Sorry for the long post but sort of reintroducing myself as well.

RE: A few questions!!
Do you still have your S9 VPAP auto? Did you update your sleepyhead software to OSCAR?
As for the Canadian healthcare system, I have no clue -- other than to ask if you requested assistance from your physician's office?
