Encore Basic issues

Mask Type: Nasal mask
Mask Make & Model: unsure
Humidifier: unsure
CPAP Pressure: 7.7-10
CPAP Software: Not using software

Encore Basic issues
when I open the Encore Basic software and attempt to download, it says "updating readers", and nothing further happens. Any solutions?

I would say uninstall and reinstall encore. Sounds like something didnt install correctly

I did, but it didn't help. It worked fine for the first few days, then started hanging up with that message.

Is there another computer you can try installing it on? Do you know if you have a Series 50 or Series 60 machine? I had the model 650P (Series 50) machine and EncoreBasic worked just fine with it. Note that the second digit in the model number indicates the series, so if yours is "6" you have the Series 60 machine. It should work with either machine, but have experience with only the one.
