Encore Pro 2.23 Log In issues

I just installed Encore Pro v.2.33. I went to log in with the admin credentials and and they were refused which led to a lock out. I used the following provided,and it promptly rejected them.


User Name: EncoreAdmin


Password: password1


I also tried it in the previous version I had installed and it rejected these also, which led to the version update.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Great now create a backup admin account
