Encore Pro Error "The media does not belong to an active EncorePro patient"
I spent a frustrating week trying to be EncorePro onto one of my four computers, finally got one of them to load. I entered my name as a patient. When I try to download data from my card I get the message "The media does not belong to an active EncorePro patient"

I get this message from my BiPap AVAPS C series mod #1160 card. I also get the same message from my old BiPAP auto SV Advanced mod. #950 card. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Help!
