There is also a biotene toothpaste for dry mouth that helps. Use it before you go to bed along with the mouthwash and chin strap (I don't have the patience to deal with the tongue blocking air flow) and you should be good to go. The toothpaste works well for other things as well. It is expensive but we have used it for almost 10 years now. We were glad when they came out with the super size biotene mouthwash.
