Epworth and other sleepiness scales?

Epworth and other sleepiness scales?
What are the common questionnaires used to quantify sleepiness? I have the impression the Epworth sleepiness scale (ESS) is the defacto standard with how common it seems to be, though I have also encountered the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI). Those are the only two I know about. What else is out there?

Are these things only used in research? Was anybody here given a questionnaire before getting a diagnosis?

RE: Epworth and other sleepiness scales?
My sleep "doctor" gave me the Epworth test. My score wasn't of interest, since it apparently didn't matter how sleepy I was as long as I wasn't actually falling asleep.

So much for that test. CPAP has totally changed my life!
