print 30 day compliance report?

print 30 day compliance report?
Hi guys,
My insurance wants a copy of a 30 day compliance report before covering any supplies.  Is there a way for me to get this myself from the dreammapper software or something else?  I don't currently have a doctor managing things.

Thanks

The data come from the same place, the SD card inside the unit.

I've not heard of anybody having a compliance report denied because it was printed from SH.  I turn in an annual report to FAA with no problems.

Odoyle, you can download EncoreBasic from the forum. It's not a small program, but free to members. Encore is the official Philips Respironics software and will produce 30, 60 or 90 day compliance reports. Alternatively, your DME could use your SD card to provide the report you need. This is a pretty common service. Here is the link for EncoreBasic on Apnea Board: http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-...hines-only Apnea Board can also provide EncorePro, but it is a huge program and I would encourage you to use the EncoreBasic which provides exactly the same reports, but is not designed for multiple patients.

The Dreamstation's don't work with Encore Basic. You'll need to use the Encore Pro II program.

Cool, thanks.  Got EncorePro working.  Interesting, maybe I will try to submit a sleepyhead report and see if that works.  Interesting to see the different reports available in EncorePro!  The DME offered, but I would have to mail them my SD card and I thought this would be easier.

I’m surprised your DME just doesn’t pull the report from the modem in the dreamstation instead of having you mail the card. At least that what my DME said they were going to do when it time.
