ResMed Airfit P10 vs Mirage Swift II vs Swift FX
I just switched to the Resmed Mirage Swift II nasal pillows from a F&P fullface mask. This in itself has become a game changer in me using the CPAP machine. I've noticed posts on this board about the other two masks and have become curious about them. If anybody has had any experience with any or all of these masks will you please provide your likes and dislikes about them. Thanks!

RE: ResMed Airfit P10 vs Mirage Swift II vs Swift FX
Hi sgearhart,
I really like the P10. I have tried a couple different pillows mask and hfound the P10 to be the best I've ever had of all of the masks I have tried, including quite a few nasal masks.
Hang in there for more responses to your post.

RE: ResMed Airfit P10 vs Mirage Swift II vs Swift FX
I agree with you that a pillows system can definitely be a game changer. I prefer the P10 to the options, but if the Swift is working for you then just dance with who brung ya. Before I used the P10, I had the Swift FX. I liked the mask fine except for the vent. It had the tendency to blow the miserable cats off the bed everytime I turned over, which wouldn't have been a problem except their cute little claws always took the covers with them. So it was a bother. The P10 has a much better vent design so this isn't an issue anymore. Even if the miserable cats still lived in the house. But they moved, and that's a good thing too.

Anyhow, my opinion is that for most people, in spite of any feelings that they just cannot breath through their nose, a pillows system is a great option. ..and of the pillows systems out there, the P10 is great. I also understand the Pilairo is a good system as well.

I have used the swift fx and the P10. I like the fx headgear and the p10 pillows. Im holding out for an adjustable headgear on the p10 and then I will switch.
