[Equipment] Battery backup which comes on automatically for BiPap w/ oxygen and humidifier?

RE: Battery backup which comes on automatically for BiPap w/ oxygen and humidifier?
UPS will work fine for short period outages but suffer from conversion power waste for a long term solution (converting up from 24 volts to 120 and then converting from 120 to 24 on the CPAP power supply.) This eats up useable battery time. A straight DC to DC solution is far more efficient.

I agree on the Cyber Power units. I used to use APC's but their battery life would only last a year before replacement. Cyber Power units have gone almost 3 years before replacement. The only downside of the Cyber Power units that I have used, is they do not allow for battery hot-swap. Given their current service role, this isn't a real biggie though.
