I use a Hose Buddy and it is wire tied to the headboard of our mission style bed. It is fairly inconspicuous as it is dark black. My wife simply has w wire do-hickey available at the big box home stores that works just as well. My ceiling over the bed is too high to use a ceiling mount.

But, in the long run, it is what ever works for you. BTW, I do like the engineering on yours.
