[Equipment] Don't forget to move your CPAP machine clock forward on Saturday before bed

RE: Don't forget to move your CPAP machine clock forward on Saturday before bed
I forgot to adjust mine in the Fall, so I guess I'm set.

It has made for a couple wonky Sleepy head charts, because sometimes I do go back to sleep in the morning and sleep past noon. Oh well - my noontime sleeping isn't anything I care to look at on Sleepyhead anyways, since it's unusual.

What is the Daylight Savings Time you speak of?    Too-funny In AZ we don't change our clocks, we just jump an entire time zone. We are Mountain Standard Time year round.

IMO we should do away with Daylight Saving Time here in the US. It's really not saving me anything that I can see.
