[Equipment] Dream Station 2 Advanced

Dream Station 2 Advanced
I received the Dream Station 2 Advanced Model. I have checked the provider menu but cannot find a way initiate "Auto  On"
when you place the mask on your face. Am I missing something?
Also is it possible to completley shut off the Ramp functoin.
I am coming from a ResMed AirSense 10.
Thank you for any help. Thanks

RE: Dream Station 2 Advanced
Why the DS2 and not a ResMed?
How did you get a DS2? I didn't think they were available other than as a recall replacement.

Expect higher pressures than your ResMed and Poorer management of flow limits and RERAS

"32. Are the Auto ON and Auto OFF settings available?

Yes. Both are adjustable in Care Orchestrator and not on the device."

The 'Auto On' is 'On' by default (although I never noticed it working). Neither setting can be changed by the user, only by your care provider through their Orchestator software

Yes, the Ramp Plus function can be set to 'Off'.
From.....

"1. Tap the Ramp Plus icon to view and adjust your Ramp Plus pressure.
2. Tap the + or - symbols until you reach a comfortable setting.
Ramp Plus settings can be turned off or set from 4 to 10 cm H2O.
3. Tap “Confirm” to save the setting.
Once Ramp Plus is set, it will be saved and automatically activated for
future therapy sessions without tapping the Ramp Plus icon again."

Ramp functions are also available by tapping the 'Settings'>'Ramp Plus'. Tap on the ramp time highlighted and the pressure will display. Tap the + until it reaches the 'Off' setting and then tap 'Confirm'. (I think I got this right, explaining from memory)

These are the settings below I had record of in my DS2 and I confirmed them via the menu (Humidity is currently set at 4).

Auto ON and Auto OFF are not available in the provider menu.

In OSCAR.....   AUTO ON=ON, AUTO OFF=OFF

And to confirm one more thing. This is for the "DS2 Advanced" correct, and not the DS2.

OSCAR said 'Advanced', but wasn't sure if I could trust that Grin Grin Grin Grin, so I flipped her over to take a look (note to anyone else that wishes to check the bottom of their DS2....... remove the humidifier if it has water in it Grin (yes I removed it))

Thank you very much for your reply.  Yes, your memory served you right. I was incorrect in my assumption that the
"ramp off" would follow the (-) pressure setting, so I was expecting  to see the "ramp off" after reaching the 4.0 range.

Thank you for taking the time to clarify that I had to go past the (+) 10.0 setting to see the "ramp off" setting.
Thanks

Thank you for your reply.  I cannot find an "Auto On"in the provider menu.

Yes, the Dream Station is the Advanced model according to the label on the bottom of the machine.
