Dream Station Provider Guide Probllem
I have a copy of the Dream Station Provider Guide that details all the available settings. When I press the Control Dial and ramp button together I do not see the Provider Mode options (therapy, comfort, device, info). Instead, I see My Info, My Provider, and My Setup. I assume my provider did something to lock me out. How can I get to the Provider Mode?

You need to hold the two buttons for 5 seconds and the menu will change.
