I have contacted Philips but they do not respond.

I googled it and it sent me to the login page. Are you using "https://MyDreamMapper.com"  (I capitalized this only to make it easier to read.)

I down load my Dream Mapper data via bluetooth to my tablet every morning and I just logged into my account on the website and I'm not having any problems accessing my data.  I don't why you you're experiencing that error but the site is up and running.  Also, I've never seen the error message you're reporting.

  I had Left Hip Revision Surgery on 03/27/2018. So, I have been taking naps to escape the pain.
During my nap this afternoon. The DreamMapper website started working again.  I have used Philips Respironics since 2004
This DreamStation is the WORST! The humidifier runs out of H2O if set above 2. They may have saved space. But, let the customer be dammed!

I tried to set this up, paired my device to the machine (Dreamstation) and then opened the app. The app asks what country I am in, and after answering it tells me "Failure to Connect to Server". I am using a Galaxy Note 8 and when I am paired and connected to a device via Bluetooth the name of the device changes color on my screen. This doesnt happen when connecting to my dreamstation. Must be some sort of issue with my device and the machine.
