Dreamstation AHI Readout Stuck at 2.5 for a Week.
For some unknown reason my machine is stuck on an AHI of 2.5 and never changes. Never had that happen before. Can that be fixed without having to turn the machine in? Thanks.

Have you done a hard reboot?
Turn the machine all the way off, unplug for several minutes, then plug back in and turn back on. Note: I'm an epidemiologist, not a medical provider.

No I did not do a complete restart. I simply went to the clinicians manual and reset all the data! I will know in a few days if that fixed the problem or not. Thanks for your reply and suggestion. I might have to try this if the reset did not work.

This might sound stupid, but how do you turn the machine off while it is still plugged in? Can't find an off/on switch. Thanks Jeff
