Human Design Z-1 Auto CPAP What is APAP-3 Setting
I can't seem to find the definitions of APAP-1, APAP-2 AND APAP-3 for the Human Design Auto CPAP.  If someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciated it.

Unless you are talking about EPR (Exhale Pressure Relief 1,2,or 3).....I don’t know what that means either.

It may be in the Clinicians Manual which you can order here:

Good luck and Welcome to Apnea Board!

Thanks for your reply.  They (not this board) do make those manuals hard to get.

I think the 1, 2, 3 refers to "Z-Breathe" see below.

Z-Breathe is a proprietary algorithm engineered in the Z1 to smooth out the breathing cycle while enjoying
the benefits of CPAP treatment...
Pressure swings can vary between users due to lung capacity and other factors. For this reason we
have created 3 levels of Z- Breathe to accomodate individual users’ preferences:

— 1 offers mild pressure swing relief
— 2 is the Default Setting and offers moderate pressure swing relief
— 3 is the most aggressive setting for pressure swing relief
