[Equipment] Just got a Respironics DS960HS BIPAP Auto SV - now what?

That wasn't me. I ride a recumbent trike, so one for my trike would mean a new wheel (inside the hub), or about $400 bucks. And if you were (say) on tour, it could be used to keep a cell phone recharged, but not enough to charge a battery for a CPAP.

That's my only fly in the soup. I did no riding this year due to surgeries, but I love trike/camping. Sadly (so far) that has meant bad sleep as it's been the only time not using my dream machine. If I had lots of $$, I'd try one of the super-small units with battery. I won't give up the trike riding/camping as that is my reward for doing all of this *stuff* - what I look forward too, etc...

I really hope you can find something that will work for you so you can do what you love and still get sleep.
