Need Help Reviewing OSCAR Data

Need Help Reviewing OSCAR Data
Hello,

Been on CPAP therapy since July of 2021 and only thought recently to get thoughts on the data. I switched from my fixed pressure of 12 to Auto 4 - 20 long ago, and overall my AHI is near 0. At this point I'm looking for ways to optimize comfort.

RE: Need Help Reviewing OSCAR Data
You have high flow limits. Flow limits are apnea also. To combat flow limits we use EPR and to use EPR you have to raise the min.

I would set
Min 7
EPR 3 full time
Leave the max where it is.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing

RE: Need Help Reviewing OSCAR Data
Increase minimum pressure to your median pressure of 8.0 and add in some EPR (exhale pressure relief). The EPR will make you more comfortable, sleep better and will calm the pressure changes.

Minimum pressure 8.0
EPR full time Setting 2
Maximum pressure 12.0

RE: Need Help Reviewing OSCAR Data
Cool, thanks for quick replies. I figured I'd be missing something or other that could help. As a side note, I do performance analysis as my line of work, so I have a craving to learn how to interpret this data myself. I saw the wiki, and admittedly it's a bit daunting. Are there any resources or basics I can learn from?

I'm going to use the rule of 3 and post my second set of OSCAR charts after I've seen how EPR works for a few nights, but I will say that the comfort last night with EPR 3 was vastly improved. It felt like I was able to exhale without resistance, and I didn't feel out of breath this morning.
