It's a little hard for me to know accurately how much sleep I get because I'm not able to read any of the graphs but I'm okay with the way I feel most of the time. and lately, I've been getting good sleep, so I can't complain.

RE: How Many Hours do you Sleep per Night on Average?
I have had problems with sleeping for over 25 years. Most nights I only get 1-2 hours, and that is in 15-20 minute spurts. On my first sleep study I had less than 45 minutes of REM and on the second study I only had less than one minute of REM. I look forward to having a surgical procedure done because of the anisthesia. I know I will get a little more rest (during surgery and afterward when you are groggy and sleep all afternoon). I am just dog tired!!!!
