Correct on both counts, the FFM is used only when I am ill, and this was a MED one (same size as my Quattro). It does seem a bit large on my face, and sadly it comes down to $$$. If I return it, I get everything but shipping costs back, if I return it for a different size and it works, I only pay the original cost, but if I return for another size and it doesn't work, so I send the second mask back too, I'll end up paying shipping costs yet again.
The Quattro *will* work, just not very comfortable.
BTW - Have I said how much I love the Wisp??
