Quattro FX for Her v. Airfit F20 for Her
First post, hoping for a bit of advice.
I've been an APAP user for about a month now, using the Quattro FX for Her as I am a mouth breather. I'm also primarily a side-sleeper. I find my mask is fine at low pressures, but when the pressure increases in the middle of the night, I am woken up by leaks, air being forced into my stomach, etc. For now, I've reduced the maximum pressure on the machine. My AHI still quite low, but a couple of spots in the night where I had a large number of events in sequence, which I surmise are exactly the times when I would have seen the pressure increase, so I'm thinking that I might try a different mask and go back to the old pressure settings. I searched the boards and other sites and the Airfit masks seem to be liked, but I'm not sure what the differences are between what I am using now and the AirFit 20 For her to figure out whether that switch makes sense.
Any thoughts or help on this would be much appreciated.
