Does anyone know how to adjust the internal clock on the above machine? I do not see the feature in the setup manual and I believe mine is not correct.

Thanks

Unlike ResMed machines, Respironcis machine don,t have internal clock can be set by the patient
The internal clock is set to Greenwich Mean Time, the software and computer clock converts it to your local time zone

Thanks, but I am disappointed. All the time readings seemed to be about 30 minutes fast and I wanted to correct it. Oh, well.

Thanks,

In the SleepHead settings there's option to compensate for clock drift. I'm not at my home computer to see where it exactly, but it's probably what you're after.
