RESMED AirFit N30
My DME shipped me an AirFit N30 instead of the requested N30i. Is this a new mask? Any users -- comments? Preliminary impression: great vision for reading and watching television. No air tubes up nose. Looks flimsy.

RE: RESMED AirFit N30
I like it from a comfort standpoint but it can get dislodged easily. Also, despite being labeled as one of the quietest masks, it is a bit noisy.

I have to agree. For me. a side sleeper, the mask is unstable and my leak rate and AHI's skyrocketed. I tried tightening down the strap assembly, but that only left the underside of my nose sore. As for the noise, it appears noisy on inhale, noise on exhale. Back to the Resmed Activa LT. I wish there was a modern equivalent (without magnets). Just a fast addition. I found replacing the heavier ResMed climate line with a lighter weigt standard slimline hose reduced pulling on the mask when I turned over. Mask appears to be superb for back sleepers. Thanks for the comment.
