Try unplugging the unit, wait 10 minutes, then plug back in.

If that doesn't work, then you may have to return it. Is it still under warranty?

Another possibility:

Make sure you don't have an issue with the outlet it was plugged in to. Sometimes circuits shut off and have to be reset. Try plugging your unit in elsewhere and see if the AC adapter lights up. If it doesn't then that's likely your problem. If it does your problem maybe the outlet it was plugged into. Plug something else in it to test it.

Try a different outlet altogether (an outlet you know still works).

Assume all good with the wall outlet ...
Check that the plug at the back of the machine is fully inserted and the power cord is fully inserted into the power brick
If still not working, ask for a replacement under the new machine warranty, preferable the Elite model or even better an AutoSet which can works in either fixed pressure or auto modes and better value machine for just few dollars more

The most common item to fail on a CPAP is the AC adapter "brick". It is also the lowest cost item to replace. The Resmed power adapter is unique to that machine, and must be replaced by a Resmed brand adapter for the Airsense 10. Talk to your DME supplier, or look online. If you have to pay for replacement, the cost is $64 from Supplier #1. Search for External 90 Watt Power Supply for ResMed AirSense™ 10 and AirCurve™ 10 Series CPAP and BiPAP Machines
