Quote........A standard cervical collar is too bulky behind my neck......unquote

The cervical collar I have does not go behind my neck. I got a small size so only the velcro bit goes behind at my neck so I do not sleep on the fat bit but the 2cm high velcro strip.

Interesting...I'll have to investigate. Mine is 4" tall in the back, gets me all out of alignment, and knocks my mask off.

I routinely switch between 2 or even 3 masks ( for various reasons). I initially got each of them either at the the 6 month new mask allowance,1 at a time over time,  or I actually bought the last one myself ( just the Dreamwear gel nasal pillow, since I already had the dreamwear mask)  myself on line. Then every 3 months, I get my allowed 6 pillow replacements between whatever my needs are: 2 of this, 4 of that etc. - works fine.
