What is your reasoning for doing this?  Thinking-about

Simple. I'm a father of 3 kids, current ages 8/5/2, so there's been always a toddler at home since I started using CPAP, 5 years ago.  I preferred to keep it away of small curious hands... Smile

Something to consider if you have room for a nightstand with drawers next to the bed.  I keep my machine in the drawer and route the electrical and tube out of a 2-inch diameter hole in the back of the cabinet.  This makes the unit "out of sight-out of mind", and is also very quiet.  Might be a solution for the kids.
