Your settings have varied quite a bit, and we don't have enough data at any PS or EPAP pressure to really make much of a conclusion at this point. As Gideon suggested, your settings should be set to your comfort and needs. I simply have not seen either flow limits or hypopnea that point to higher PS; however you don't seem to be adversely affected by CA either. I'm not here to tell you what to do, but to guide your discovery. My impression was you are changing settings and moving up PS quickly.
