sleephead software question
So I have been trying out the SleepyHead software with my Respironics cpap and was wondering about something.
On the far left side under Details it lists my machine and it's settings which is great except it indicates that my humidifies status is
disconnected and that i have no heated tubing? But i do have heated tubing and i use my humidifier every night?
Is this a glitch in the software or a communication fault from downloading the SD card ?
Any insight would be appreciated?
