Trial and error I guess. I am fortunate that my AHI is good and I am mindful that there are others who really struggle with the whole OSA/CPAP thing.

Just one last question. Can anyone tell me what is happening here? Just after the green line marker. Is it mouth leak or palatal collapse? Thank you.
