Export Wellue SpO2 drops data
RE: Export Wellue SpO2 drops data
I use my Android to upload .csv files to my Google Drive and then load them into Excel.
Here's an example of one I did this morning (shows last line of data and the summary) 07:58:44 AM Dec 03 2022 94 61 0 0 0 average 93 minimum 85 maximum 98 # samples 17324 >= 95 3693 21.32% 90-94 13566 78.31% <= 89 65 0.38% 2.17 minutes 90 224 1.29% 89 41 0.24% 88 17 0.10% 0.14% <= 88 87 3 0.02% 0.04% < 88 86 2 0.01% 85 2 0.01% 12/2/2022 BTW, O2 Insight Pro is flaky as won't always transfer data from Oximeter to Windows, so I use Android Wellue app to get .csv's.

That’s a great idea - any way to bulk send my ~200 daily files? I am not sure I’ll be able to go through that many files to share manually.

I am not sure of the formula to pick, if you can find it, that would allow 200 .cvs files pasted or imported onto a spreadsheet with each file taking up a row and showing various data in columns.

That's a pretty big undertaking as it's not something that I believe can be automated using Excel. I'd write a program that discovered each .csv, read through it and created the summary values you're interested in, then write out a row of data to another .csv. Upon completion open the resultant .csv in Excel. A row per day is too great of a summary level to be of much help IMHO. Ideally the data from the daily .csv would be written to a database that then could be used for statistical analysis and reporting. The same is true of the CPAP data locked within OSCAR, but OSCAR only exports a few fields to .csv (events, pressure, EPAP, Flow Limits). My two cents |
