RE: AirFit headgear loose
I've had my "P10 for It" for 6 months. My hat size is 7 1/8", so I'm not a biggie. I still have to pull on the headgear at night to loosen it up. What are you guys doing to stretch them out so badly?

RE: AirFit headgear loose
Bruce, have you tried the clips or any of the suggestions in this thread? I have never had a problem getting 6 months out of head gear and usually considerably more. When I have a mask replaced, I keep the old one for travel or backup.

RE: AirFit headgear loose
Yes, I washed it in really hot water last week. Was OK for a day or two. I have tied a half hitch knot in it half way up, that has made it tighter.

RE: AirFit headgear loose
Another option that Sleeprider points out is the use of the clips that come with the P10 headgear, at least they did with mine that I got about 3 months ago. From posts I've seen on the board I don't think they always came with clips but it sounds like ResMed is responding to the problem of the straps not being adjustable by including clips. Also the clips can be purchased online. Found them listed at Supplier #14 for just under $5.
