At the risk of resurrecting a fossil of a thread, let me offer another vote favouring the F10 over the F20 on grounds of noise. The F20 turns the apparatus into a mechanical amplifier of my breathing.

I have the F20 with the foam cushion. I have followed the advice of other users and have it cinched down pretty tight to avoid small leaks. I find it very quiet--sometimes wonder if it is turned on. It has made it easier to accept the fact that after 5 years I had to switch to a FFM!

You are correct. You do have to have the F20 tighter fitting to avoid small leaks.
I had the F10 before the F20. Give me the F20 any day.
