RE: F20
Been thinking about trying one of the these in an effort to get rid of a chinstrap I have to use with my nasal mask to prevent my mouth from popping open. After reading these comments, I'm not so sure it will be any better.

loosen off the top straps till they leak, then just nudge them up, It may be sitting too high. The f-20 doesn't sit square on my face. with your teeth a half inch apart, the mask should be sitting on the dent in your chin, not towards your teeth.
also a chin strap to keep your jaws together, will definitely work.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.

If you call your DME, maybe you could try on the F10? For some reason, it seems to be a smidge bigger than the F20. It doesn't ride up on me. Leaks are easier to manage. Though not as cush as the F20, it's still comfy.

I have found that instead of positioning the velcro on the top straps straight back (right angle) from the attachment point moving the velcro attachment point on the strap upward or downward (at a slight angle) has an effect of keeping the seal positioned higher or lower on the face and helping keep it there.  The tightness of the top straps mainly positions the upper seal position.  Also, the bottom straps are a little tighter than I expected them to have to be.  Unless the mask is fitted as described it gives me nothing but leaks- my unit runs at higher pressures.
Stand in front of a mirror to get everything centered and fitting properly (forget you are looking at Hannibal Lechter).  Position and adjust  the upper harness where it allows the mask seal to fall where you want it (up-down).  Secure the lower magnetic clips while holding the seal where it belongs.  With the quick release connector removed put the palm over the mask opening and inhale and exhale to test seal. Hook up the hose and go to sleep..

Sorry if this rambled  Bed

Need to update this.  What is stated above is for a LARGE headgear.  I hauled out a MEDIUM (wrong sized at the sleep test) that I had with a silicone seal and noted it does not have the available material to do with it as you can with the large size.  The memory foam seal has worked quite well with making an air seal but after two weeks my big snozz is getting sore on the top bridge where it lays against.  I'm thinking even though I mouth-breathe I may have to get the p-10 as an alternate to switch back and forth with.  It seems to be really popular around here.

Here is a photo of what was referred to on the LARGE F-20 headgear https://imgur.com/a/obeCC

The top straps can’t get any loser! There’s not enough velcro to losen them anymore on the top. They are maxed out, only half of the velcro is attached and every once in a while they come undone! I’m waiting for my DME to call me back?

It should be loose enough to pull the masks away and break the seal. It may be that the f-20 head gear doesn't fit and is to blame. Hopefully the DME has an answer.

Is it a LARGE headgear.  I have a large head and there is still a lot of tab.

RE: F20
Yes it says large on the headgear and the mask? The headgear seems to fit? I did tighten up the bottom straps last night and it didn’t stay in place. I woke up with the dam mask liner in my mouth over my bottom lip again! Lol There’s ton of adjustments left on the bottom straps! The top straps are maxed out but are extremely loose! I think it just needs a chin strap. I’m willing to try it? Either way, it needs to be fixed!

RE: F20
Point of interest:  You model a silicon seal insert.  The memory foam seal insert apparently is shaped differently- longer and maybe a bit wider.  But I don't have a Large silicon seal to compare it directly to. On me the foam seal comes right up to the notch at the top of the nose. It rests on the bottom in the groove between the chin and the lip.  If not careful I can get it too far up between my eyes but it still seals.  The Medium silicon I have fits on my nose like that one fits on you and rides slightly higher in the chin groove.  It seals but is not comfortable.  Curious there is not more upper tab as shown in the pix I posted. Hope this helps..
