A lousy bed doesn't help to be sure, but a great bed is a big cost too. We've had our for bout 10yrs now. I change it seldom.

Mine is 35, occasionally 40 depending on how my back is feeling. Absolutely love it and wouldn't give it up for anything. I also loved that my sleep lab uses the same beds!

I started off at 55, but as the years go by my number goes down. I'm now at 40.
