has anyone else get heart arrythmia after apnea multiple events
Hello,

Had fun the last two months, Started with surgery and taking  hydrocordone for pain. I have severe sleep apnea and fell a sleep  in the easy chair no APAP. I know i had some apnea events and arrythmia kicked in.  Been now diagnosed with Ventricular Ectopic beats, and labeled benign which is a good thing. It happen one time before, after my sleep study i had arrythmias but went away. Pulmonologest said no way can that happen. Anyone else get heart arrythmias from untreated sleep apnea?

Yep. I had an episode of atrial fibrillation back in 2018. My heart doc strongly suggested that I have a sleep study, as apnea can cause AFib. I have not had any further trouble with AFib since then.
