Fall is here..So are Allergies!
One additional advantage to APAP, besides aiding Apnea, is that the clean, humidified air seems to help my Fall allergies. Yes, as I mentioned in another thread, I also use Eucalyptus oil on an "inline diffuser" Really helps a good nights sleep.
When I get up, and remove the mask, it takes very few minutes for the nose to start running, etc I head for the Claritin. I used to use Flonase, and it helped. The last time out, I bought Nasocort instead. (It was a little cheaper). Big mistake. It doesn't work (for me) at all.
Old man, new machine. Better sleep!

Yep. I crank up the humidifier a little higher than usual and sleep well. I have found that my nasal pillows do a better job of keeping the passages clear than the FFM.
